LI Jinggang, an associate professor, was born in Anshan, Liaoningprovince in 1978. From 1996 to 2003, he studied land resources management at the Shenyang Agricultural Uinversity,where he received his bachelor's degree in 2000 and a master's degree in 2003. From 2003 to 2006, he studied land resource management at the school of public management at Nanjing Agricultural University, and received his PhD. His main research interests focus on land use management, land economy and land system. He has presided and participated in many national, provincial and ministerial level research projects, and published more than 20 papers.
