On October 13, 2018, the 7th National Simulated Collective Bargaining Competition for colleges and universities was held by the Labor Relations Association of China Society of Human Resources Development and Shandong Institute of management. Our college sent teachers and students to participate in this competition in Jinan, Shandong province.
After more than three months 'preparation, two teams of our colleges competed with 68 teams from 34 universities and over 500 contestants. They finally stood out and won eight awards, winning all awards.
Under the leadership of captain Huang Shuqing, the capital representative team composed of Zhang Liting, Zheng Shuang, He Zhuangyi and Peng Guoxian advanced to the final with the first place in the preliminary group competition, and finally won the "first prize" in the competition, setting the best competition result in the history of the college! In addition, our school's management team won the "best team award" due to its excellent performance in the preliminary competition.
In addition, the labor representative team composed of five students of our college, Lu Beitong, Liu Xiaolin (captain), Li Kaidan, Fang Qiujun and Fang Yitong, finally stood out in the final and won the second prize of the competition.
In the competition, Lu Beitong, the representative of "labor" team, and Zheng Shuang, the representative of "capital" team, won the title of "outstanding negotiator first prize" for their outstanding performance.
At the same time, our school won the "best organization award" for the outstanding performance of two teams in the final.
This competition is the largest and highest specification competition in all previous competitions. This is the third time that the college of public administration has represented the school in the event. In previous competitions, our college's labor and capital teams have won the highest honor of second prize. This year, our college has won all the awards, and the management team and labor team have respectively won the first prize and the second prize, which is a further step.
The achievement of this competition is inseparable from the students' solid preparation, full investigation, as well as the guidance of teachers' careful guidance and experience inheritance, which is another result of the college's undergraduate enrollment, education and teaching reform and talent training mode innovation and practice, and also the crystallization of the collective wisdom of strengthening "three complete education" and practical teaching.
