Our College Students Won the First Prize in the "10th National College Students Real Estate Planning Competition South China Rematch"

        On October 14, 2018, the south China rematch of the 10th “easy-house cup national college students' real estate planning competition and the 2nd national college students' real estate innovation ability competition was staged in Guangdong university of finance and economics. Our college sent teachers and students to participate in this competition on behalf of our school.


In this competition, the "Chinese redbud SCAU" team, guided by three teachers of our college, Yuan Zhongyou, Wang Xiaodong and Liu Guangsheng, and composed of five students from the department of land resource management, Wen Xiaomin, Wu Huihua, Wu Jianfeng, Qiu Qiao and Tan Shuyu, competed with 800 players from 23 colleges and universities across the country, and won the first prize of the south China rematch with the highest score of 91.44. This is the second time for our school students to participate in this competition. Last year, for the first time, they won the second prize in the national finals and the first prize in the south China rematch.


At the same time, in view of the outstanding performance of our team in the competition, our school was awarded the title of "campus talent reserve base of ‘one hundred thousand schools ’talent strategic plan.



The contest was judged by Prof. Wang Yousong of south China university of technology, Prof. Jia Shijun of Guangzhou university, Prof. Song Botong of Shenzhen university, associate professor Xie Zhengfeng of Jiaying college, Dr. Guo Tonghui of Guangxi university of finance and economics, Dr. Liao Haiyan of Guangdong university of finance and economics, and Ms. Ye Huaxiang, deputy general manager of Guangzhou marketing development department of easy-house enterprise group. Zou Xinyue, vice President of Guangdong university of finance and economics, Chen Guosheng, general manager of “Fang Jiao China”, Huang Shaoqiong, political adviser of HR in the marketing talent operation center of easy-house enterprise group, and other industry organizations and university celebrities were also invited to attend the competition.


This competition is no longer limited to classroom competition and battle, but through the participation of enterprises and universities to build university-enterprise platform, deepen the integration of industry and education, let the contestants contact with the actual case, operation of real projects, not only increase the actual combat experience of students, but also provide teaching cases for universities. Through the competition, we hope to guide students to pay more attention to the cultivation of innovative thinking and the development of the real estate market, so as to reserve more complex high-quality talents oriented to market demands for the real estate industry.


In this activity, easy-house enterprise group continued to sign contracts with 18 universities and reached the cooperation of the fifth batch of excellent talent reserve bases, among which south China agricultural university was one of the universities. E-house enterprise group is committed to be an excellent waiter in the real estate industry. In the eighth year of the "future leader" plan, it launched the 2018 " Thousands of people with hundreds of schools plan" talent strategic cooperation in early march, and signed contracts with hundreds of colleges and universities to reserve excellent talent base, absorbing one thousand college talents into the easy-house family. Over the past seven years, numerous excellent graduates selected from national key universities have rapidly grown into the backbone of e-house freshmen through the "123 plan" (1-year manager, 2-year director, 3-year general business unit).


The achievement of this competition is inseparable from the students' solid preparation, full investigation, as well as the guidance of teachers' careful guidance and experience inheritance, which is another result of the college's undergraduate enrollment, education and teaching reform and talent training mode innovation and practice, and also the crystallization of the collective wisdom of strengthening "three complete education" and practical teaching.
