The National Planning Office of Philosophy and Social Science unveiled the lists incorporated in the “2017 National Social Science Foundation Project”, “2017 Youth Project” and “2017 West Project”. Two programs of our faculty, A Community Capacity-building Based Study on Social Work Action and A Study of the Effects of Chinese Urban Fiscal Transparency on Satisfaction Index of the Public Services, by Zhuo Caiqing and Zheng Haosheng respectively have been involved into the national social science foundation project.
As a main channel that scaffolds fundamental researches in scientific study open to the whole country, the National Social Science Foundation concentrates on providing financial assistance to research fellows from universities and scientific institutions with favorable research conditions and prowess. It is said that there has been 3,196 programs initiated in the 2017 National Social Science Foundation Project, 1097 and 492 in the Youth Project and West Project respectively.
The breakthrough we have made in the national project approval manifests that the faculty has been striving to strengthen the discipline construction and refine our academic team as an effort to make remarkable achievements.
