Li Qian, lecturer, was born in Chongqing,1981.From 1999 to 2006 she attended Sichuan University and received a master's degree in management. Currently working at the Department of labor and social security at the school of public administration, South China Agricultural University, major courses are offered: social security studies, social security studies, social welfare and social assistance. She has published several articles in CSSCI, presided over and participated in many subjects.
